SHIPPING INFORMATION
 UPS is our overnight shipping carrier.  1 (800) 742-5877 (Consumer).

Regular shipping days are Monday through Thursday for the NEXT DAY DELIVERY.  Your zip code dictates the time of delivery as early as 10:30 am and as late as the end of the business day.   Saturday deliveries are possible to certain destination zip codes for an additional $20.   You must call us to check availability for Saturday delivery – (707)280-2285.  No Sunday and Monday deliveries.

Cut-Off Time for placing orders is 10 am PST Monday through Thursday.  Please call (707)280-2285  to check availability and place orders during regular business hours (Wednesday thru Sunday 11-6:30pm).

Prices are subject to market conditions.  If there are any supply shortages due to weather conditions.

  • IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for your shipment to arrive after placing your order.
  • Residential packages will be released to the door unless UPS deems the area is not secured. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international addresses. Please use caution when shipping to apartments and other buildings sharing common areas.  Alaska and Hawaii shipments are an additional $25 and may take 2 days to arrive.
  • Commercial packages will be released only after signature.

REFUNDS
All shipping sales are final. Once a package is marked as delivered and verified by UPS as the correct delivery neither UPS nor Santa Rosa Seafood is responsible for the package. Please use caution when shipping to apartments or other buildings that share common areas. Any spoilage due to delayed shipping (weather/mechanical issues as referred to in the UPS Service Guide) may be replaced depending on circumstances and subject to review by Santa Rosa Seafood.
